To Shura-Alex, who in such a friendly and gentle way is broadening my knowledge and my taste as regards music of "Old Russia" -- "Ugolok" (Love nest), one of the most moving romances which I still remember from my childhood. Olga Kamieńska (1905-1981). Rich and exuberant texture of Kamieńska's alto as well as her childhood and youth spent in Russia made her select and sing mainly old romances; she did it with deep passion and infatuation typical for this genre. Her recitals in pre-war Warsaw as well as recordings for Columbia made within that period, drew attention of the most sophisticated listeners.

"(...)Varya Panina first hit the stage at the tender age of 14. She started off singing with a Gypsy choir at a restaurant frequented by rich, free-spending, merchants. Completely illiterate, the young girl learned her songs off records, but the way she sang them would send shivers down the spines of her numerous fans. Among her admirers were Leo Tolstoy, Anton Chekhov and even Emperor Nicholas the Second. Varya Panina went out on stage wearing somber, expressly unflashy attires. She was absolutely plain and unwomanly and her voice was coarse and low. And still, her capacity audiences were going wild, showering her with flowers and paying exorbitant fees. Varya Panina was one of the richest women in Russia, but she was never happy always plagued with illnesses. She died early from a heart failure never living to celebrate her 40th birthday... (...)" It is not scrary if u dont have bar at home! U can do abs workout on the floor. U re on the floor and make ur legs up and down to 90 or 180 degree position if u have good stretching. If u can do this move in for example 3 sets u should lift ur legz up to 30 or 45 degree position and freeze for some time. In square we also use low muscles of our back. Чистка капотов, запуск ВСУ, прокрутка левого двигателя, остановка ВСУ. Снимал в основном Лапкин Никита, в кадре маячил в основном автор видео, но есть немного и обратного порядка. А в конце обоих снимало третье лицо
