Still holding Laura responsible for the suicide of her father, Kelly goes completely off the deep end, beginning with an overnight stay in juvenile custody and culminating in an eight months of legal hell in a dizzying progression of courtrooms. Clearly over her head when trying to cope with Kelly (all she can say upon her daughter's release is "Was it awful in jail, honey?"), Laura will ultimately be forced to draw upon reserves of inner strength that she never knew or believed she had. An accountant sent to produce an evaluation of a tornado research project, and the scientist running the project pursue tornadoes and each other. Director: Noel Nosseck Writer: John Logan Stars: Bruce Campbell, Shannon Sturges and Ernie Hudson From Wikipedia: Tornado! was filmed primarily in Austin, Texas, including scenes at local Fox television affiliate KTBC. The production company hired the KTBC Assistant Chief Engineer Brian Zwiener, who is also a local Austin, Texas musician/comedian, to assist in technical setup of the Panaflex cameras, among other duties. Brian was also asked to appear in a cameo during the climax of the film. The film runs 89 minutes, and has been released on DVD.
