Запись с WEB-камер избирательного участка №2571 (поселок Дорохово Рузского района Московской области). Время съемки - 18часом 49 минут 4 марта 2012 года. Участок расположен на железнодорожном вокзале станции Дорохово и предназначен для голосования в месте временного пребывания граждан.В соответствии со пунктом 17.1 статьи 17 Федерального закона "Об основных гарантиях избирательных прав граждан" на избирательных участках, участках референдума, образованных в соответствии с пунктом 5 статьи 19 настоящего Федерального закона на вокзалах и в аэропортах, списки избирателей, участников референдума составляются в день голосования. Избиратели, участники референдума, находящиеся в день голосования в указанных местах, включаются в списки избирателей, участников референдума только лишь по предъявлении открепительного удостоверения. Участковая избирательная комиссия в нарушение закона выдала "карусельщику" без открепительного удостоверения избирательный бюллетень и он пытается еще с несколькими бюллетенями вбросить их в ящик для голосования. Полицейский, дежурящий у урны, замечает это и пытается этого не допустить. На помощь "карусельщику" бросается заместитель главы сельского поселения "Дороховское" Александр Пальцев, уводит полицейского в сторону, объясняет ему, что так надо и тем самым позволяет "карусельщику" осуществить вброс. Сотрудникам администрации законодательством запрещено находиться на избирательных участках в день голосования, но Пальцев объявил, что он в данный момент ...

www.euronews.com Lyon is France's second city and birth place of the 1990s urban riots which spread across the country. The city has long been conservative and the far-right vote is variable. However votes are changing in Europe and the far-right is attracting people from all kinds of backgrounds. The Front National had 0.75% of the vote in 1974. By the 1980s they had turned a corner and stabilised at around 14%. They then peaked in 2002 when Jean-Marie Le Pen made it through to the second round of the presidential elections. Today one in ten French people vote for the Front National, but who are they? They are not easy to find. Far-right voters are often reluctant to talk about their political leanings because of extreme stereotypes. However in an affluent Lyonnais suburb, the characture is broken when we meet housewife Muriel Coativy and recently retired Nicolas Flores. euronews: "What is it about the Front National values that you relate to so strongly?" Nicolas Flores: "National identity. Now I feel that everything is disappearing and that there are no more values. We can hardly say we love France, we no longer have the right to sing le Marseillaise. France no longer exists. It has no borders to protect itself and our rules come from elsewhere."
